Insurance Corporation of America (ICA) was founded in 1977 by Michael Gaunce. Mr. Gaunce had extensive prior insurance background as an agent and manager within a major U.S. Life Insuror and a large midwestern agency before forming ICA. He has presided for eight consecutive terms as President of the Indiana Association of Employee Benefit Consultants. He has served as a board member of approximately 12 insurance companies and community organizations. He actively manages Insurance Corporation of American (ICA). Staff of the company have a combined total of approximately 100 years of insurance experience.
